Non-dairy (Vegan) Buttermilk

Don't be daunted by that recipe that calls for buttermilk!! It can be made at home so easily!

Ingredients:
1 cup nondairy milk
1 Tbsp vinegar or lemon juice

Directions:
1. Mix
2. Let sit and rest for 10 min, then use as needed in recipe!
