Clean Eating Greek Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 head Romaine lettuce (optional)
4 chopped tomatoes
1 cucumber, chopped into chunks
1/4 small purple onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced fine
1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2/3 c kalamata olives
salt and pepper to taste
feta cheese (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, toss and enjoy!
