Roasted Squash and Zucchini
Ingredients
2 zucchini, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced
Olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450. Place chopped vegetables in bowl with olive oil, seasonings. Mix well.
2. Place all on baking sheet in a single layer and bake in lower part of oven 15 minutes or until golden.
